Starfish in the Void

Well, I saw the original on the beach this weekend and it struck me as a small planet to begin with: a rock with starfish spread out over a rock in a fairly circular pattern. As I found out, Polar Coordinates does not work with an already circular object. Duh. I cropped the original and applied distort>spherize twice to give it an even more sphere like look. I then placed it in space-it is after all a planet.

Nicely done, Allen! Great little planet... the polar coordinates really only work well with landscape panos. Very creative.

I'm quite liking this - love the brightness of it - how it pops from the BG. It seems to have a 3D feel. Nicely done Allen.
