I find the smoke tree one of the strangest of trees, with its short-lived candy floss pink flowers and myriad tiny fruits sprinkled all over among the overlapping leaves.

Ian, I sure like the gentle colors and there's plenty of randomness with the leaves, flowers, and branches, yet you've let the branches and lighting do a fine job of controlling eye movement. Nicely seen.

I like the composition and the DOF as well as the colors and the light.

What a wonderfully chaotic mixture of colors, textures, and lighting Ian. I like your underside POV, looking through the more clearly focused branches to the bright OOF flowers and background. I, too, have always found these trees interesting. Nice comp you found in the chaos.

This is a great example of how nature seeks out order and harmony. Love the colors and composition.
