Wow... Interesting colors! Looks as if someone took a few sticks of chalk and ran them along the redrock... I may suggest a slight crop to take away the dark spot on the bottom right? Thanks for the large view!

Chalk was my initial thoughts as well. Two cool back-to-back abstracts posted and I really like them both. Those lines just draw your eye into this. Great textures and colors. may eliminate the dark area in LRC but easy fix if you choose.

Funny, I was thinking chalk as well. I would agree on the LRC crop. Nice separation between the back and front with the focus and I assume some burning. Good colors and textures on that front rock.

I agree with maybe cropping the right side just left of the dark spot. Either that or dodge the shadow there (if possible), or even possibly clone it out as a last resort if cropping is not an option.

This is so cool looking; those multi colored lines draw me into the scene rather nicely, Chet. The rich colors and textures in this scene are simply fantastic IMO. Great job. My only suggestion would be the already mentioned small crop.

Very interesting rock formation and or coloring here, Chet. The closeup shot is large enough that the standard size image gives plenty of detail and a good viewing distance overall.
