Palouse evening

It's hard not to take a nice photo at sunset from Steptoe Butte in early June! I got several that I liked, but this one appeals to me most. Would be interested in any comments or critiques, and thanks in advance.

Canon 5d,M3, ISO250, 44mm, f/16, 1/20 sec, tripod, CP filter.

As most, this is a perfectly lovely presentation of the undulations and chiaroscuro of the Palouse in either evening or morning light. Because of the building and other man made objects, perhaps this should be in Man and Nature, but lovely wherever it is placed.

It comes off as an abstract, in a good way. neat.

The bright colors and contrast make it really graphical. I like it; it is super easy to just keep looking at it.

Kathy, awesome shot from Steptoe Butte. One of my favorite places. I like the abstract feel as well as the light and shadow contrast. Very nicely done.

Great light and shadows. A longer focal length might have better highlighted the red barn and cottonwood tree, but this works well.
