Gazebo

The idea here was to use the lines of the paver bricks on the path leading to the gazebo (Cantigney Park) with the various shapes in it building. Hand-held, lying on my stomach, I took one image at f/11, ISO 200, 1/90s and realized that while that exposure was reasonable for the outside, the inside was very dark. Not being able to adjust shutter speed, I tried shooting wide open which for this lens at 24mm was f/4.5. The alignment seems good enough and this is an HDR composite of the two. I then took a picture of the ceiling which I posted previously.

This seemed to be a reasonable application for HDR. All comments welcome.

Pentax K-5, Tamron 10-24 @24mm, f/11 - f/4.5, ISO 200, 1/90s.

I like the overall comp & where you're going with this John.
I might've picked a different day with perhaps some clouds in the sky, and/or better light?
The sky is my main concern. Especially on the right side, where there seems to be some haloing/splotchiness.
Great LP of the lake BTW

I like this John. I think the sky adds to the color of the wood while a blue or clouded sky might change the whole feel. Great composition also.
