The same nest in St. Augustine, FL as my last two egret nest images. I love watching the interaction of the little chicks.

Thank you, Claude and Phil, for your comments. Yes, Phil, this was taken at the rookery in the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. However, the birds there are wild. They aren't brought there or fed. They like nesting there because the alligators on the ground beneath them keep away some of their natural predators.

Another excellent family interaction image! They really gave you some great poses.
All 4 of the egrets in good position with bright eyes, very fine detail, nice habitat = exceptional image!
Occasionally, the alligators grab a bird too - a chick fell into the water and was gone in 3 seconds, when I was there in April.

Very nice Barb. They are getting big and aggressive at feeding. Always amazes me that the adults don't get injured often by the aggressive moves of the young.

Another winner Barb. I think I like this one even better because of the feeding behavior. I love watching egrets and herons feed. The young practically attack the parent.

Great shot! I think this is another National Geographic Moment! Great Clarity and composition. I have yet to find the parents with their siblings in a nest! You are so fortunate! Great Photography!

Great. Perfect timing, Barb. What a precious moment. One chick is playful (or quarrelsome) with the adult while the other two chicks seem to an argument of their owl. Very sharp details and excellent handling of the whites.

Wonderful interaction. Great shot without the distraction of branches obscuring the subjects.
