House and Snow

An 18th century house in Valley Forge. The Burd house symbolizes the snow and cold and nature that the soldiers and civilians faced in 1777. It can be very scenic, but also cold, and real. Please let me know what you think. I learn a lot from here.

Very graphic almost like a penciled drawing Jeff. I like your B&W treatment.

Interesting composition and I, too, like the B&W treatment. If you haven't already done so, you might want to look at the effect of moving the right, hightlight levels slider to the left a little, towards the right edge of the histogram, to make the whites appear a little less gray and more white.

This is a very artistic image. I think it portrays what you are trying to present very well.
