A big thanx to Philip Hodgkins, my acronym for the day is 'BOAS' (bird on a stick).
So it's the same 'stick', different day :wink:

Eastern Phoebe - F/6.3, 1/320th, ISO 640, 1D M3, 300mm f/2.8 + Kenko 2x ext @ 9:01am and overcast.

Howard your bird on a stick is well captured. Nice and crisp but I think it is the BG that really makes the image so attractive, with the greens complimenting the bird's rather dowdy plumage.

I like this one Howard, the perch and leaf are perfectly framing the bird. The image could be a tiny bit lighter for my taste, but that's a minor nit. Well done :toast: :toast: , Hans

The BOAS looks pretty darn good thanks to the clean S and a great BG! I would take a moment in PS to brighten the B a bit :wink:
