Exuberant light display. A bit more elaboration on tech specs would be nice.

First of all, absolutely wonderful shot and light!!!!!! :toast:

I am wishing for just a hair more shadow detail in the lower portion.

This is a great moment you captured. I would also do a little more work on your overall tonal range. Also thinking the composition feels unbalanced. Theres alot of space on the left that I'm not sure does much for the image. All the action, the waterfall and the sunlight feels like it should be centered? Just a thought!

I agree with Mark about shadow detail but does not take away from a great light show. :toast:

Appears very natural and well done to my eye. Wonderful catch of a rare moment!

Neat shot! The crepuscular rays through the trees are great, as well as the clean look through the trees in the upper left and the nice green glow on the hillside, lower left. I agree with the others that the area around the falls seems too dark relative to the other areas. If the shadows were really that dark, this would be a good candidate for a two exposure blend.

What a great moment you've captured, you could follow some of the advice here, but it's pretty awesome as it is!
(Providing more details about your tech specs will generally elicit more useful advice if you're interested)

The processing looks quite nice on this one for me. I don't agree with the others who want more detail in the shadows. I think if there was any more detail there, the overall photo would start to look muddy. Since both the trees and the cliff face are backlit, they should be very dark. I can see what's going on in there, and that's all that counts.

There's something going on with this shot that makes it very believable. It has a bit of a rough cut look which seems very honest and true. May photos these days are so overly processed that they begin to look fake.

gorgeous. i like it - it's interesting and intriguing. the hint of stuff in the lower left is a little distracting.

The sunburst above the waterfall makes this a wonderful capture. As far as the area on the left, I really don't think it does much for your overall composition and some of the closest leaves appear out of focus. For those reasons, I'd favor cropping to a 4x5 or 4x6 vertical composition.

Wonderful lighting and processing. The left corner looks a little soft, so maybe a slight crop off the left and a little off the right might help emphasize the vertical falls. Fine image. :toast:
