Nice sharp image and great eye contact, Iain. I like the pose. It looks like the white at the base of the bill might be maxed out, but otherwise the exposure looks good.

Nice overall composition with the head turn and reflection. Maybe try a low perspective approach next time. In bright light you may want to try some exposure compensation to tone down the bright areas.
