Spring Cove sunset

Another picture from Rock Hall, MD on the Chesapeake Bay. If I remember correctly, my previous image of this cove was taken from the end of this dock.

Canon Rebel T1i. 54mm at F/9 for 1/15 sec. ISO 100. Handheld, natural lighting.

Very peaceful scene - I like it a lot. The light, colours, and silhouettes are very effective.

Lovely pink color in both the sky and the water. The silhouettes tell a nice story about man and nature. Very warm and soothing.

Beautiful lighting, Carolyn! The way the boardwalk leads out of the picture sort of tells a story -- or asks a question -- "where does it lead to?"

Very nice composition, My eyes start at the upper left,go to the right, down and I leave the frame on the dock walk way! I really enjoy the colors, looks like early evening, not sure though. I believe evening because of the pinks and purple in the distant horizon. Very nice work! Thank you for sharing. Sorry, now I see that it says spring Cove Sunset! I was so involved in the shot that I didn't read the Title.
