I've had this composition in my mind for a few years but the big problem to make it is getting the right direction in the water flow. The blending in the luminance is only for the sky and rocks, the water flow is due to an exposition.
Canon 5DII, Canon 17-40 mm f4L, ISO 100, CPL, ND8x, Manual blending of two exposures. Please see the LARGER version

I think the sky and rocks are perfect, I like the comp and nice lines. I'm a bit ambivalent about the flow--the lines imply movement but it still feels a bit static to me--not sure why! Maybe a crashing wave might have helped--i dunno. But a solid shot overall.

A splendid coastal scene, with the dramatic cliffs and the rushing water. I love how you have brought it all together in this composition. The sky is a real bonus too.
