In The Fog

Again I went out with a certain image in mind. 15 minutes before sunrise I was all set up when the fog started to rise off the river. Before the sun could come up my image disappeared in the fog. This is what presented itself to me out of the fog. The image is a pano of two image combined in PSE9. Simple, but moody. Thanks for your comments and critiques.

Very nice Richard. I agree with you about simple and moody. Nice colors in the sky and movement in the fog. Nice.

It's a simple looking scene but it works for me.

I like the idea here, Richard, and it's a worthy subject. Something is missing here--could be the exposure is off, or maybe the fog action (too much? too little?) i cant quite put my finger on it. I prefer a 50/50 crop, since the mood you describe is only present in the top 1/2. Really, there's not a heck of a lot going on in the bottom 2/3 here.
