Texas is well known for its truck loving 'culture'. I chose a high spot off the highway, just back from this bend in the road. Shot about 45 mins after sunset using a 10 second timed shutter release. I pre-focused at the curve before the light was gone, and started the process as I saw headlights coming down the stretch to my right.
F/5, 5 seconds shutter, ISO 500, 1D M3, 300mm f/2.8 + 1.4x

Great title and love the exposure here Howard. I've tried a few times to get shots like this and nothing to write home about yet. So I love this with the lines, sweep and curve and it gives it a great perspective. The lights look great !!

very nice, Howard. The glowing center lines and the tail light streaks are great. I would be tempted to darken/clone out the light sign in the background as it keeps catching my eye.
