Full Moon

During the last full moon, I happened to wake up at 4:30 AM and glanced out the window and was put in such awe, that I threw on some clothes (sort of) and ran downstairs and plunked my tripod down and went to work. I took MANY pictures and feel this one renders the scene as I saw it. Pretty cool!

Not having done night photography before, am curious of your reactions.

Nikon D90, 70-200mm, I don't know the settings I used as I tried everything.

Fantastic mood Chris. Besides the moon, the subtle light on the evergreens is beautiful.

The moon and clouds are amazing and it's special to be able to see the trees on the left against the darkness. Very well done!
