I recently found out my "Child Seat" image of this baby titmouse will be the 'Final Frame' shot in the April/May issue of National Wildlife Magazine.
So I went back and lightened the crest a bit, and removed some small shiny spots off its beak for this post..
When I took this shot the baby was clumsily bopping around, so I had to keep my shutter-speed up. Still remember its awkward movements, it was fun to watch.
Here the fledgling has tumbled into a notch in our whiskey barrel planter for just a moment or two, and seemed rather confused about what to do next

Danny.
The baby really wasn't sunning here, as it was only in the 'seat' for a moment or two.
It was a purely accidental & clumsy encounter of the cutest kind though
