I think what is happening here is that the skeleton is emerging from the rest of the decaying matter.
Hope I am not driving everyone crazy posting so many of these!

As one who is already crazy, even though this is the first one of these I've seen, Erini Pajak, you have nothing to fear in that regard.
I like this, but if I had photographed it, I would look at some different orientations as well. For example. and I'm just doing this in my head, what about a 90 degree clockwise rotation followed by a horizontal flip? That would have an interesting left-to-right aspect that I think would bring another level of presentation and cognition to the viewer. It would facilitate the minds search to find forms it sees as meangingful, I think; such as animalistic forms with eyes and so on.
That's about my only advice. I like the dynamic and color range.

I like John's suggestion of a 90 degree rotation, but not the horizontal flip. The vertical seems to flow better and has an abstract appearance of a dragon. I also think a B&W conversion could work as the browns aren't that attractive.

You've got these abstract formations and patterns dialed in pretty well now, Eirini. You must have a large collection by now I would think. I've not got any ideas on this for improvement at this time.

I don't think I'm crazy yet, Eirini! This series has been wonderful, and I quite enjoy them. I don't see anything like this around here...

Like the composition. Mixed feelings about a B&W conversion - the colors are subtle but work well together.

Here is a vertical version...I can't say I like the scary creature very much I did try it in B &W as well, but it got too busy...perhaps I am just not good at those conversions but the light brown areas competed too much with the white design. I think the horizontal flip is about the same as this repost...something scary just looking the other way Thanks for all the suggestions!

Eirini, your second version actually works better for me. There is a pleasant horizontal flow interestingly contrasted by the vertical format to my eye. It is again amazing to me how many variations you present on this theme. Great work in my opinion. ´

Wonderful pattern. The play in color, contrasting the gray 'bones' of the cactus against the warm and dark tones works extremely well. Really enjoying all of these abstracts.
