Death of Snowflake #574

Gallery: Weekly ChallengePosted March 5, 201335 views1 comments
Snowing here in Chicagoland today; Bigtime. Looked outside on the deck just now and saw these dying snowflakes on the railing, and I thought of Carolyn Derstein. Not that she is a dying snowflake; a snowflake of sorts, perhaps, but not yet melting in that way. Far from it.

But I thought of her weekly challenge. #574 I think it is. And I decided to step outside and take a snapshot: Feels good to be taking pictures again; It's been awhile.

Hmm, I'm a snowflake of sorts? Not sure if that's a good thing or not, John. However, I guess we are all slowly "melting away" so to speak. Very creative take on the theme. Works for me! I think we will get a bit of the snow tomorrow from the system that passed your way.
