In 2011 I travelled the coast of Maine on a photo expedition. My favorite section of the coast was the less populated northern section where this lighthouse stands.

In looking at the picture, it seems to be listing, or tilting slightly to the right. From an aesthetic point of view, it has a nice graphic feel to it. The area looks like it is well maintained. As with any lighthouse, my preference would be to see it with the light on, later or earlier in the day.
