Hi, Sandy! Lovely shot of the curlew at home! Good feather detail and well handled highlights, considering the harsh light. The head feels slightly soft.

A very nice image. The light is a bit harsh but I think you handled it well. I like everything about the picture except in the larger version the BG is kind of messy and somewhat distracting for me. Not sure what the best way to handle it though.
