Stacked Boogie Boards 1

I had a great session at Hospital Lake one afternoon back in January. The mud was as liquid and as deep as anything I've slithered in and required two boogie boards rather than the usual one to keep the camera and bean bag above the mud and water.
There were lots of Whiskered Terns and the main task was finding one without lots of oof birds.

I liked everything: the light, colors, details, bg. Very good.

Great shot Rob, I too like the colors and BG. Your exposure is right on. My only negative (and I'm splitting hairs here) is that my eye kept going to that little twig right in front of the bird.

You're usual wonderful angle, Rob. Gorgeous image. Do you have a tripod head mounted to one of your boogie boards?

The low angle is great, along with the sharpness, BG, and pose. Nice exposure on both blacks and whites. Really nice shot, Rob.
