Winter high water. Columbia Gorge. Canon 5DMk2, EOS 24-105mm at 24mm, polarizer. My favorite little odd shaped vine maple.

Daniel, This is a wonderful image to me and the mood is fantastic. Your comp works really well and I really like the flow and looks of the water. The light along with all the moss covered rocks and trees adds a wonderful feel to the image. Nice work! :toast:

Excellent detail in the larger version on this image, Daniel. These intense greens are almost a signature of the Columbia Gorge area. Water detail capture is very good all the way around. Lots of character in the old vine maple you've mentioned too.

Nice flow on the water with preserved details but a good ghosting effect. The greens are wonderful and I like the composition of the rocks. I'd lighten the image up a tough - particularly the upper right-hand corner

Very nicely captures scene. I like the shapes and the textures. The water maybe feels a bit underexposed on my monitor. Could see dodging the highlights a bit.
