Nice dew, Lucy, and I like the focal plane you chose. Perhaps a bit more dof for my taste. I find myself wanting to see at least one seed fluff in focus from tip to base.

Dandelion can be fun to photograph with all the wonderful texture in their seedheads. The "almost" frozen dew adds an unusual and interesting twist to the classic shot of these seedheads. I don't know that I have ever noticed dew or frost on these seedheads before. I like your comp with the OOF background and the seedhead resting on a more in-focus leaf on the diagonal. I would suggest cloning out the debris on the leaf; not sure about the bug though. Great find, Lucy! :smile:
