This is a pretty cool idea! I think it would be neat to do a series of images with them next to each other. Seems like you could get some interesting abstract stye comps. In a way, in this one I keep wanting to move the horizon up so that it does not break the flow at all....maybe just a tiny crop off the top would pull things together a little more.

I really like this! Love the shallow dof, and the interplay between the in focus and oof horses. And, the conversion reduces it to tones and lines.
