Browns and Greens

Captured with a Fuji FinePix S4250 - f/3.1 at 103.2mm. had the camera on Auto. I liked the different shades of browns and greens in this image. Thanks for looking and comments are always welcome.

David, the thumbnail didn't do this justice. Lovely colors! I would like to see a small crop from the right, removing about half the leaf at the lower rhc, only for balance where it looks less like a hole in the greenery.

I like the rich green color broken up by the brown leaves, David. Did you apply an Orton filter during processing? The image has kind of a glow, which is nice, but also looks a bit soft, which may be intentional.

Phil, good point about the crop, should have caught that myself.
Scott, I worked this up a couple of weeks ago and had forgotten that I had applied a bit of Orten treatment to the image, I used Perfect Effects 4 for the Orten effect. I thought that the treatment worked fairly well with the colors and textures.
