This is a tiny, secretive wren which is very hard to get out into the open. After many many hours of trying to get a clean image of this species, one finally popped up in response to some "pishing".
D800, 300 2.8VRII, 1.7TC, f8, 1/800, ISO200, -2/6EV.
Thanks Greg.

Cool little bird - love that tail and it's colours. Nice BG and branches.
Seems a little soft - possibly a large crop since it is so tiny.

Lovely little bird, he looks a little overdesigned to me but I guess he uses that long tail for balance. I like the habitat shot and it's obviously not an easy bird to capture so well done on that. Graham

A gorgeous bird, Greg and wonderfully photographed. Nice bg and the transition from sky to foliage works well with the transition from body to tail. Great pose and excellent detail.

Your patience paid off and what a wonderful tall perch to display that long tail. Very interesting looking bird. The light, pose, perch and background all look good, way to go.
