Goldinch on Spruce

Hi,

It has been a while since I last participated on NPN. I'm glad to be back

!

This particular bird was feeding at my thistle seed feeders and was lucky to have captured her while she perched on an Alberta spruce outside of my kitchen window. (Equipment Pentax K10d (ISO 400, Manual, DA* 300mm f4). Thank you for checking out this image.

Love this one Jim! The pine perch adds nicely to the photo.

Nice, Jim. Great to get a Goldfinch in the snow.

Glad you're back too - beautiful image.
Tough exposure done well - nice pose, fine detail, and the spruce and snow are great additions.
Well-done!
