More fungus?

I saw a posting from Sandy last week I think, that showed a bird that didn't look so good. A day or two later, this little female downey came to the feeder. She has no problem eating, drinking, flying, or any other behavior. She just looks a mess.

You can see a bit of a deformed bill in the larger photo.

Not sure if this is the same problem that the bird Sandy posted has.
