Hi Skip,
Being from Cowboy Country home of the Calgary Stampede... I am liking this action shot of this calf roping, where the horse and rider as you can see, must work together as a team in this timed event. Excellent timing with this shot, the rope around the calves head couldn't be more perfect, the horse, has been asked to stop and keep tension on the rope, while the riders full focus is on the calf as he dismounts to then go to put the calf on its side to tie up 3 of the 4 legs with the rope in the Cowboys teeth, while the horse continues to keep the rope taught as the rider then returns to the horse with the calf still tied up. Very nice Skip....Perfect timing, great capture. Well done! :toast:

This all comes together for a real nice roping image. I like the pink pickup truck in the back ground too! Great work Skip. Chet
