Nice shot of one of the most beautiful ducks IMO. I've only seen one once up in Yellowstone. I got a picture but he was just sitting on a log, not as good as this. I like the red eye in the cinnamon head.

Excellent pose on a beautiful duck, Scott. I find it interesting even at 1/2000s the wing tips appear blurred. The head is very sharp. Would have liked a bit more headturn towards you. Also I find the image a tad tilted - perhaps some cw rotation is in order?

Are you still in AZ? What day did you get this? Which pond? I haven't seen any Cinnamon Teal there lately.
This is very good for the species there in my experience - I find them difficult to get within camera range.

Love this species. Nice shot Scott. Only thing I would do to this is some CW rotation as already suggested.

One of my favorite ducks but I also find them very hard to approach, I like the pose with wings out. A slight cw rotation and you have a very nice shot, way to go.

Great pose and background. These birds are stunning with wings spread so that their color is visible. Beautiful shot!
