I really like the contrast of the bird and red berries against the white. I also like how the gaze of the bird looks across the photograph as if in contemplation of its current situation. The frozen berry in the beak rounds it out well.

Great detail, and those few drops of snow falling add to the picture as well. I would be proud to have taken this.

Wonderful composition and setting with nice detail on the larger image. I also like that you can just make out falling snow and berry in beak really adds to the image, well done.

Terrific as posted. I love the setting and the berry. This European thrush is a rare vagrant to the northeastern states but I've never had the chance to see one.

wonderful image! nice pose, and love the frost and berries. Excellent as is, but can't help wondering what a vertical crop (if possible) would look like. Sandy

A beautiful bird in a great frosty winter setting. The bright berry in it's beak puts this over the top for me.

The frost on the bush and on the berry in the bird's beak put this otherwise already excellent shot over the top. Really nice.

Love the frost, and the frosted berry!
I'd personally like a bit more room at the top - but excellent as is.
Congrats on a fine WP!
