Exposure: ISO 800, aperture priority matrix metered, 1/250th @ f/5.6, natural light
Raw, PS CS3 on Mac, 65% of frame

"Feels like dancing".. Nice action shot, sharp where it should be. Background is a little grainy/noisy - would try some NR here if it were mine. That said, a very fine shot ! Cheers, Hans

I like this a lot, Richard. And I'm impressed with that 2x tc. That sharp eye and blurred wings and foot really makes this inviting.
