A female house sparrow who seems to be saying look at me! Bird activity around here has been pretty dead for the last couple of months but we suddenly turned cold since Thanksgiving day and have had alot of crazy activity with large groups of sparrows, warblers, and European starlings.

nice bird with a pleasing colored background - but the detail looks off and there's some noise in the larger image. I'm assuming that this is a big crop?

Nice head turn, John but I'd prefer more light on the face and in the eye. There seems to be a lot of splotchiness in the background...
