Shot taken last wkend 11/11 from roadside enroute to Three Rivers, CA and Ash Mtn entrance to Sequoia and Kings C Nat'l Park. Kaweah Res was expanded to hold more water...it is empty and the water-marks are obvious. The river will replenish it for next years irrigation needs.

Pano ... 13700 x 7500 pixels in the original...which pains me to be so severe in shrinking it.

Zeiss 100mm with polarizer and Nikon 800e, handheld.

A grand scene with really nice contrasts in color, texture, and light. :toast:

That's one nice body/lens combo. Image ain't too shabby, either. Wow, amazing detail, and I really like the comp, too.

Good composition that makes the most of that sweeping vista. The larger version shows the impressive scale well.
