I was very lucky enjoying this amazing sunrise at that unique place. There is no other place like this: Beach near Jökulsarlon, Iceland.

Beautiful scene Rainer, and you have nailed the exposure perfectly from my view. Iceland has been on my "bucket list", but it just moved up a few places thanks to your image.

This is exquisite! Impeccably composed! I'm usually not a fan of too much blue cast to water, ice, and snow. But here I think that the blue ice in the middle ground is quite appropriate and complements the warm clouds perfectly. Well done!

Love the light. Not crazy about square comps, but seeing huge chunks of ice washing ashore is pretty cool.

Spectacular light and beautiful composition, I like the triangle formed by the cloud on the top left, the ice blocks on the right and the isolated ice on the left in the fg... Very intriguing image.

It is quite amazing how such a small stretch of sand in Iceland can deliver up such a contrasting and never-ending plethora of images... Hard to believe yours and mine are from the same place...

Very dramatic good strong composition but for some reason the yellows look a little sulphurous on my monitor particularly those in the sky maybe a slight desat and a marginal shift of hue towards red.
