Bedded Buck

Caught this buck bedded down. He was tolerant, but he kept his eye on me. I have found my Canon 100-400 is sharpest at f11, so I dealt with the slow shutter speed by using a solid rest. Comments and critiques welcome. This is the same buck that I posted next to the barbed wire fence.

Jerry, I like this over the shoulder look! IMHO your composition works well. Nice color and good detail in the face and antlers. Thanks for sharing.
