Where?

Hi all

It's probably obvious if you know the view, not so much if you don't. A 20 second exposure on a slowly tilting "device" yielded this result. The sharp shot will follow at some point next week.

Please let me know whether you think this works. And answers to the question in the title are also welcome, of course.
