Came across this view of the twins when driving from Gloucester to Rockport. From land, this was the closest I could get to the island. Just zoomed in a much as possible to get both houses in the shot. Hope you like it and thank you for any comments

I'm going to be honest with you Catherine - it doesn't really work for me. The horizon is not level, but that's an easy fix. The light wasn't really helping you here, and the sky isn't too interesting either. That leaves the two lighthouses - for me they're too far apart; each one is very close to the edge of the frame, creating a huge area of nothingness in between that doesn't add to the shot. The image doesn't look very sharp either.

There certainly is a shot in here - if you're here again at twilight with an interesting sky, you'd be able to get good colors in the sky, nice reflections in the water with a long shutter speed, and hopefully the lights will be on as well.

Hope that makes sense. I come in peace.
