The waterfalls are pretty. The tree is is dominating the waterfalls however. The waterfalls and the trees are both on the rule of thirds lines, and the tree wins as the subject IMO. The waterfalls seem kind of squeezed into the frame at the top.

I actually think I like this view a bit better. The highlights are a little bright, but this is a lovely scene.
