The Essence of Fall

I made this image last week on a back road outside of Calgary. The light was starting to get harsh so I used a diffuser to soften the light. I'm curious if anyone finds the colour temp to cool. Thanks for any input!

I think you put the diffuser to good use. I like the cool color temperature, it enhances the frosty look.

I don't think the color temp is an issue as much as the lack of contrast.

Color temp is often as much a matter of taste as portraying the "correct" temp. This is fine with me. The image feels a little flat, probably exacerbated by the diffuser. Try playing with the contrast and saturation some. I pretty much like this as is, though. It has such a nice crisp feel to it.

Makes a very satisfying composition, Wayne - and no, not too cool for me, in fact quite the opposite; the tones here are what I like most about the image.
