I like the scene, especially how the path leads the viewer in to the woods. You've got some very tough light to deal with which has caused many areas to be slightly over exposed or even washed out. This is just one of those times where the experience out does our equipments ability to capture. But I think the exposure is about as good as you could do considering the light.
I'm going to go ahead and move this to the Man & Nature gallery after posting my comment. The path is clearly part of the story and "hand of man." If you have any questions, don't hesitate in contacting one the moderators. Thanks for understanding and for sharing your image.

Tranquil scene which is very nostalgic for me. There seems to be a magenta cast to the colors in the path and tree trunks. Otherwise a nice story-telling image.

What interested me in taking this was how the light looked almost purple on the ground. it was the first time I ever noticed that happening in the woods. Thank you for your comments
