Ring-billed Gull

Photographed these Ring-bills a couple of evenings ago in the late afternoon an a local lake. They were fishing for their dinner and it was fascinating to watch. It appeared that some of them were teaching the youngsters how to fish.

A closer crop with a horizontal format might be a stronger image.

I like the muted colors and the minimalist image. Might try some other comps though

John, nice and crisp! Beautiful colors in this, I like the reflection. I agree, maybe a horizontal crop?
