This was shot in downtown San Antonio Texas.
I was walking around with the 24-105mm, when I noticed the senior citizen left being attended to by paramedics..
So when this women came by on crutches it seemed to work for a human interest type of shot..

A complex photo. Why is the woman smiling?

See's looking at someone see seemed to know, just out of frame RT Phil.
I don't know why she's there in this spot. Just saw the shot & took it. At this point she's unaware I'm taking her pic..

I definitely think this works as a human interest shot as you mentioned. Hopefully they both are alright!

This one makes me really, REALLY uncomfortable - since the disabled women is clearly identifiable, did you get a release and permission to post her photo on the net, where thousands and thousands of people can see it?

Hi Sandy,
I always carry copies of very simple release forms whenever I go out & about like this Sandy..which is not very often.
I talked with her briefly after I took this, so she gave me her OK & signature. Very nice lady.
BTW - You never replied to the email you sent me concerning the macro post "Rim Shot" you had a question about?

Anyway, I hope this has assuaged your obvious concern :wavey:
