Cristallina, Switzerland

Lately I was not very lucky with the lights, either it was totally covered with clouds, or "boring" empty skies.
Here at least the moon was there, making it more interesting.

I wonder how does it work for you?
Also not sure, maybe more crop from the sky?

Thank you for your comments!

Crop so there's 1/3 sky, 2/3 fg. Then bump up the fg contrast a tiny bit. Then, print it big and call it a winner!
oh, btw, you can always delete and repost so long as no one has commented first

Normally I would think the moon is too small, but it actually adds to the shot in this case Shantikara. And what Stan said...

Thank you Stan, I cropped some more, not exactly 1/3 2/3, I kind of like the gradient in the sky.
(I tried to delete and post again, but somehow it was not working )
Joseph, yes without the moon, I wouldn't even bother...

I love the sense of space with all of that sky, the color gradient, and the sliver of the moon. I like how you've kept the detail in the landscape. I could see cropping from the bottom almost to the edge of the lake.

Compositionaly I prefer the re-post Shantikara, losing that little bit of sky has improved it so much. I like the overall colour and the feeling of tranquility I am getting from this shot.

Gary.
