Foxy Lady

Olympus E-5, 300mm x 1.4TC, handheld at ground level
f10, 1/125, ISO1600

This pretty lady has an unhealthy habituation to humans and their food. I like the twitch of the left ear, and the absolute dead-on stare. But I worry she won't be with us long.

Full frame. Slight adjustments to levels but backlighting not adjusted. Usual sharpening drill.

C & C, please. Thanks for looking.

Very nice, Jim. I really like this portrait. You certainly got a nice look from her. Quite intense. Great that the camera was eye level to her. Seems like there are more than a few white hairs in her face and throat than normal. So wondering if she is a senior citizen. Well done.

The back lighting makes for a very graphic portrait Jim and I must admit that I quite like the feel of that. I o think a vertical composition wouldd have suited this better. Further I would suggest to warm up the image a little as there is a rather cool cast in the shadows. The eyes may also benefit from a minor tweak to make them stand out a bit better.
