Triple Falls

The setting sun illuminates the rear side of what may be Iceland's most beautiful mountain, Kirkjufell.

An icon for Iceland. I tried to get a somewhat different view by going very close to the falls and having the water's border approximately mirror the mountain's shape.

Beautiful Karsten. Dust bunny above middle fall and a little blending there would help. :toast:

You've done a superb job with the tonality on this one. You've handled the extreme dark regions very well, and your choice of shutter speed for the water is very ideal as well. It looks as though there is some haloing around the background peak, especially on the right side, and also along the rock ledge that leads toward the falls. That should be pretty easy to clean up though. Wonderful work!

Very impressive place, and your image really shows it off. Other than the small haloing, processing looks very good.

The haloing and the dust bunny has already been mentioned. Other than those small tech details, this is fantastic Karsten! The detail, comp and light are wonderful. That water seems to glow! :toast:
