Theme-Composites

This is an image from Maine. The Rockland Breakwater lighthouse was the subject. The moon was rising, but not at an angle that worked for the lighthouse.

Grabbed a picture of the moon, and put things together later. A little cropping, color efex pro 4 and the composited moon and this was the result.

Thanks for your thoughts.

great composite, Keith.... flawless in execution. I might have moved the moon over a bit to the right, but that is a minor nit. The processing and monochrome take on this works very well.

The monochrome treatment works very well and I like the low angle view. I find the moon too close to the lighthouse. I also wonder if putting it in the empty space to the left might not add some balance (if you want that).

I really love this! The POV is great. I just visited this lighthouse last October in my first trip to Maine.

I'm with Marc that the moon is maybe a little tight to the lighthouse. Other than that, this looks good. I like the monochrome treatment too.
