Cheetah mother and cub
by Ajit Huilgol
This is the same pair I posted a few days ago. Some of you wanted a 'tighter' frame, and here it is! This was the last day the pair was seen together - either the mother left her adult male cub, or was killed, and the cub was left to fend for himself. The lighting was great that day. After moving about a bit, they sat down together. It was then a matter of time before they started looking around for potential prey or rival (and bigger) predators, and when they looked almost in tandem, I clicked this image.

Thank you for taking the time out to look, and for your comments/critiques.
