Wonderfully composed photo, Kate! Love the simplicity and placement of the core elements. Great shutter speed choice to get just the right flow of water and wave action. Good vision to see the potential shot here and kudos to you for having the patience to wait for the right moment! :smile:

Your patience paid off. Love the dynamic tension in this photo, the movement of the water, the very different vertical objects that the eye moves between and the clouds in the background.

The movement in the foreground is really nice. I also like the balance between the driftwood and the lighthouse. Nicely done.
