Spark Show

I made it up to the big threshing show in Rollag, MN last weekend. I had to go by myself though. It was worth it! They have over 50 steam tractors there, and that's just for starters! At night they put on a "spark show" that is pretty cool. They fill the firebox of some of the steam equipment with straw bales and then open up the throttle. It's pretty impressive!

Very nice, Kent. Was this done with your Rolleiflex?

No, shot with Nikon D5100, ISO 3200. I mostly did shoot the Rollei though, putting 10 roll through it. I might post some of those later. I mostly only shoot b&w in the vintage cameras.

Looks like quite a bit of fun. Cool photo. I don't really buy the purple color of the background, but that's about my only nit.
